Typeface Poster
This two-sided informational poster highlights the history and unique qualities of Futuracha, a quirky typeface which mimics the letterforms of Futura but adds characteristic flourishes inspired by the spurs of Caribbean cockroaches (“cucarachas”).

This character set demonstrates some of the available letterforms, numerals, and special characters, including letters from the Greek alphabet.
The front side illustration highlights the typeface's inspiration by superimposing a stylized cockroach constructed from Futuracha's letterforms over the outline of a cockroach.
Futuracha is an Open Type typeface, allowing users to select different styles for most characters. The letter a has six designs to choose from.
