Type Book
This booklet explores several aspects of typography. The goal of this project was to explain key type anatomy terms, highlight distinguishing features of several typefaces, and describe five major typeface classifications.

Section One
The two spreads in this section identify and describe features of type anatomy.
Typefaces
Section Two
This section consists of five spreads, representing typefaces from several major type classifications. Each spread highlights distinguishing features of the typeface using type anatomy terms.
Identifying Features
Section Three
This two page section uses nonverbal communication to highlight unique features of the typeface Rockwell. These features include the way the arm and leg of the k connect at the stem, the curved tail of the Q, and the right-pointing serifs on letterforms like the m.
Type Classifications
Section Four
The final section of this book discusses five major type classifications and the historical periods in which they were popularized. This section also includes numerical pagination.
